OUR POLICIES
Please be sure to read all policies below. You will agree to these policies upon booking a reservation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us!
CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
We offer an easy contactless self check-in. Your door code is sent to you two days prior to your arrival, and will be active from check-in time to checkout time. Check-in begins at 3 PM. Checkout is 11 AM.
PAYMENTS
Payment in full is due to confirm your reservation. Your room's access code will not be active until full payment is received.
CANCELLATIONS and CHANGES
If your travel plans change and you must cancel or change your reservation, please call or email us as soon as possible. Our refund policy is as follows:
- 5 or more days prior to arrival: Full refund or credit to future dates.
- Within 5 days of arrival: 50% refund or 50% credit to future dates.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS
Weekend bookings may require a 2-night minimum. This applies to check-ins on Fridays or Saturdays, and may apply to extended holiday weekends. Weekend or holiday reservations may not be shortened to less than the minimum night requirement.
TOILETS
Please do not flush any products besides the provided toilet paper as we are on a septic system. Guests will be responsible for the cost of plumbing emergency calls due to improperly flushed items.
SMOKING
All our rooms are non-smoking, including e-cigarettes and marijuana. Smoking is permitted outdoors in the designated smoking area. A $250 fee will be assessed if smoke odor is detected in your room.
PETS
We have designated dog-friendly rooms for up to 2 dogs. A pet fee applies. Please keep dogs off of the furniture. For your convenience, dog waste stations are provided in front of the property and at the start of the Pine Brush Trail.
COMMUNICATIONS
We offer complimentary high-speed fiber-optic WiFi on property. Cell phone reception on the mountain is excellent. Please note that guest rooms do not contain landline phones.
